1. The principal can be interviews between 11. Am to 12. Pm on all school days, or by special appointment.
2. When writing to the principal, parents are requested to mention the standard and division in which their child is studying their also requested to in form the school immediately about a change of address or telephone number.
3. Parents are expected to play their part in inculcating regular work habit and discipline. They should see that the children prepare their lesson which ought to be noted down by the students in the higher class, devote 2 to 3 hours daily to study.
4. Parents are informed that occasionally the teachers sent reports and messages in the calendar. Progress reports are issued after each examination. Parents are particularly requested to sign such reports and messages Failure to do so may put their children to great inconvenience.
5. Private tuition is discouraged and should be resorted to only after consulting the Principal. School teachers may be engaged through the Principal.
6. Parents and guardians should bring any complaints they may have to the principal and to the Teacher.
7. Parents guardians and other may not see students or interview their teachers during the school hours without the permission of the Principal.

The members of the staff should be interviewed when they are not actually teaching, and appointment with them should be made before hand.
